Its divided back with lumbar cushioning is augmented by gentle gathering at the head support, and its full chaise footrest invites expansive relaxation in the lay-flat position, perfect for sleeping. The semi-attached, blown-fibre back cushions are paired with supportive foam seat cushions for comfort designed to last. Ease into relaxation with a two-motor mechanism allowing for independent recline of the back and footrest, operated by a button hand wand. The Gilmore is available in either power or manual recline and a variety of unique comfort functions for maximized convenience including a rocking function, swivel, swivel glider, wall hugger, layflat, and lift - which allows gentle ease from a sitting to a standing position, while reducing strain on joints. Offered in a versatile mid-range size, the Gilmore's easy warmth is equally at home in both snug and spacious interiors.

All Palliser frames are constructed from engineered wood products, hardwood or softwood; joints are pinned and glued for uniformity and strength.

Seating

Semi-attached back cushions feature a fibre filling, blown into channels to prevent shifting and provide pillow-soft comfort. Cushions are attached along a seam using a zipper or other removable fastening method. Cushions can be removed or lifted up.
